Here, I showcase my background in community-based work, clinical practice, and culturally informed research. I am guided by an evidence-based, equity-focused approach to care.
Born in Southeast Asia and shaped by frequent moves, I bring a globally informed perspective as a prospective registered dietitian.
My mission is to advance public health through research-informed nutrition care that integrates diverse global food practices with Western medical nutrition therapy (MNT).
In 2025, I was awarded a scholarship by the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in Denver, Colorado. I became a member and plan to integrate future research for populations affected by PTSD. Through MAPS I will cultivate creative treatment plans for patients rooted in integrity and presence.
